Fs at 420 Desplaines Ave. around 10:30 p.m. on April 4. The clerk told the gendarmes the man 'pulled his penis out" at the counter. Police described a pooling puddle of pee on the countertop and coins in the register becoming saturated. The man had also held the ketchup dispenser down, causing ketchup to rain onto the counter top. Several customers in the dining room area told the gendarmes they were 'disgusted" by the turn of events. He was charged with public indecency, muddled conduct and criminal damage to property.
Heroin-shooting twins had kids in the car
Two Schaumburg twins, Theresa M. Delavergne and Catherine M. Delavergne, both age 30, were arrested in the 800 cube of Elgin on March 30 at 3:51 p.m. after a neighbor observed them shooting heroin in a parked, threatening Lexis. Police reported seeing one woman pull a syringe out of her arm as he approached and originate frantically unwrapping her left arm, which was bound, tourniquet-style, using the seatbelt. The dignitary noticed two small boys, age 2 and 4, awake and sitting in car seats in the back of the Lexus. Catherine identified the boys as her children. Theresa, in the fare seat, allegedly opened her sweatpants and stuffed a small flexible bag containing white powder inside her pants. Police recovered a match up of uncapped, bloody syringes and an aluminum soda can with a scorched bottom, allegedly acquainted with as a 'cooker," and dozens of clear plastic baggies containing off-white powder residue from the car. Morning basement burglary foiled by neighbor
A girlfriend heard pounding noises coming from the basement of her apartment erection in the 1100 block of Lathrop around 11 a.m. on April 5. When she opened the front door, she saw a man's about 17 years old standing in the basement stairwell of her building attempting to suppress behind a wooden pole. She told police she said 'Hello?" to the hiding man, who did not allude to, but quickly walked away north on Lathrop toward Fillmore. She called 911, but the long arm of the law canvassed the area and could not find the subject. Police noted the basement apartment door had been kicked in, but the lessee told them nothing was taken.
