How to get over the fear of crashing on my BMX bike?
about 6 months ago i was at the BMX jumps not far off my house, and i went to do this easy jump but when i did my front tire we straight up like i was doing a directions and i landed really hard on my back, i knocked 4 of my ribs out of place and cracked
