Crime Report: Two Miller Place Minors Charged with Theft-Related Crimes

A 16-year-old youngster, of Miller Place, was arrested Jan. 13 and charged with fifth quite b substantially criminal possession of stolen property. He was found to be in possession of a stolen ipod from a strain on Wabil Road.

Keith Simione, 39, of Miller Occur, was arrested Jan. 16 at about 11:45 p.m. and charged with first offense DWI, aggravated DWI, and leaving the row of an accident. He was on Route 347 near Hallock Road in Stooping Brook in a 2003 Nissan when he allegedly was in a motor vehicle boom and left the scene before exchanging information.
Katherine Smith, 24, of Difficult Point, was arrested Jan. 17 at about 11:30 p.m.and charged with petty larceny. On or about Dec. 10 she allegedly took assorted video games from Kohls in Unemotional Point.
Nese Girit, 28, of Rocky Point, was arrested Jan. 18 at about 12:55 p.m. and charged with niggardly larceny. She allegedly took assorted clothing from Sears in the Smith Haven Mall.
