i have a older schwinn with the in the main diameter one piece crank..and would like to know how to up date it with the latest bracket setup...

i call for to convert my old 1978 schwinn Continental II crank from an old one piece to a newer 3 piece, but am not sure how to go about doing this , i heard something about a bottom class adapter, any one know how?

I bought one back then, and sympathy it was a bad@@ bike, with dual bottle holders, toe clips on the pedals, 3 piece crank, brilliant release hubs....LOL
