Give rise to it to your LBS and ask them about it. For all we know, you could be describing a fake Chinese "bike." But take counsel; after a few years past its release date, it's really hard to pinpoint the year mock-up of a bike, and the LBS won't be
I bought a unquestionably neat bike at the flea market - an old Schwinn World Tourist.
It needs new tires - Schwinn 27 - 1 1/4. I meditation that finding these would be pretty easy with the internet and all, but I'm told I actually need the Schwinn
I don't recollect where to get them, as I have no old Schwinn's at the moment. I can verify that Schwinn had odd non-standard size tires back in the day.

I’d like to back up the crop look if viable. I have the bike mostly disassembled at this thrust with the quibble of the nut. Now I’m seeing that these cables are costly and calamitous to crumble by. The bike has the Shimano FF system and is a 10 further. The problem I’m unceasing into now is that it uses the Shimano Positron veer system which manifestly requires one of a kind cables. I recently purchased a 1980 Schwinn World Tourist off CraigsList. Both of the relocate cables on the bike were frayed when purchased so I precisely cut them off.
