More than 100 adults and children gathered May 17 to show help for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at the Family Co-Op Nursery Opinion’s annual Trike-A-Thon celebration. Over the past few years, the Family Co-Op has raised precisely $12,000 for this worthwhile cause by hosting this free event.
Trike-A-Thon is a weeklong sanctuary curriculum and fundraising program that teaches children important bike, scooter, and other riding-toy sanctuary lessons, while supporting St. Jude through generous donations.
Last week, students of the People Co-Op Nursery School enjoyed discussions and activities about riding safeness with teachers Nancy Rinehimer and Mary Tompkins. The week concluded with an perseverance of learning and celebration of fundraising success as students and their families enjoyed a day of riding fun, jumping in a restrict house, assorted crafts, snacks, and socializing.
This is just one of the many ways that the Household Co-Op gives back to the community. While helping to prepare children for kindergarten both academically and socially, the Relatives-Co-Op prides itself on its safe and nurturing learning environment. Family, element, generosity, and tolerance are the cornerstones of this local preschool.

St. Judes Trike-A-Thon
Students from Mitchell’s Standing will expand and make use of a day of fun in the sun riding their bikes and wisdom safe keeping tips. A ritual for more than 25 years, Trike-A-Thon is a fun, week-large curriculum for daycare centers and pre-schools. Children learn riding-toy sanctuary lessons through a series of interactive stories from distinctive characters, Bikewell Show and Pedals the Bunny, while raising bread for St. Jude. At the end of the Trike- A-Thon week, children engender their trikes or riding-toys to group and study the shelter lessons they have expert.
